Our skilled craftsmen are well versed in shaping panels from scratch using a wide range of traditional and more modern techniques/equipment, along with fitment of readily available panels to repair or re-imagine your classic vehicle.

Thanks to the British climate, many vehicles have suffered from significant tin-worm over the years and many have also been patch repaired time and time again to get through MOT's, delaying the inevitable restoration work needed to remove all of the corrosion and replace with new metal.

Our fabrication shop contains a variety of panel shaping equipment including an english wheel, pullmax power hammer, folders, bead rollers and various forming dies, along with multiple Celette chassis jig's for significant corrosion repair works, accident repair and 'restomod' style conversions where significant sections of the vehicle need to be removed/altered.

A large selection of specialist welding equipment allows us to MIG, TIG, braze or spot weld the repair panels as per the original method of manufacture, creating a seamless repair.

Works are carried out to an extremely high standard of metal finish with exceptional panel gaps, followed by comprehensive anti-corrosion protection, ensuring the repairs last the test of time.
