Service & Parts Administrator
Your responsibilities will include;
· Working with manufacturer and aftermarket parts diagrams to identify and source a wide variety of parts for vintage/classic vehicles through to 'future classics'
· Producing detailed customer estimates/parts for mechanical and bodyshop jobs including liaising with the bodyshop, workshop and restoration departments as required
· Project management of vehicle and parts restoration, ensuring all parts flow through the business efficiently and items are stored/logged correctly on our stock control system
· Assisting with work scheduling and ensuring the service department is operating efficiently
· Monitoring weekly and monthly invoicing targets, monitoring staff hours, raising customer invoices/logging all customer payments
· Raising purchase orders for management approval, logging all purchases on accounting system as required
· Ensuring all vehicle parts and consumables/one-off costs are charged out correctly to their respective jobs as required
· Managing stock levels, periodic stock checks and ensuring all parts are stored in an organised manner
· Ensuring all goods in/out are managed correctly, returns are processed swiftly, ensuring items sent for outsourced works are logged/managed correctly
· Assisting the restoration department with organisation and planning the restoration of all vehicle components (in-house and outsourced)
· Overseeing all vehicle parts sales (new and used) including photographing, cataloguing and listing items for sale, ensuring sold items are packaged correctly and shipped quickly along with assisting in the development of a new online parts shop
· Assisting the office manager with ‘front of house tasks’, call answering and general day to day administration tasks as required by the business/covering holidays
Key Skills for this role include;
· Excellent IT skills and all candidates must be highly literate and able to provide a high level of customer service and work effectively within a team
· Experience with creating detailed customer facing estimates for automotive service works
· Experience working with dealer and aftermarket parts diagrams/systems and parts ordering
· Experience using dealer management systems, MS office suite/outlook
· Detailed knowledge of aftermarket parts brands and product ranges, knowledge of workshop and bodyshop consumables
· Extremely high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable experience for this role would include;
· Premium brand experience within a main dealer or independent establishment
· Estimation experience (mechanical and/or bodyshop)
· Project management experience or qualifications
· Experience with online sales platforms such as Shopify or similar and operation of an online shop
· Experience managing business social media pages including scheduling routine updates/posts
Salary £27,500 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Workshop Assistant/Restoration Technician
Your responsibilities will include;
· Media/shot blasting and vapour blasting of vehicle parts, media blasting of entire vehicle body shells (full training will be provided)
· Cleaning/valeting company and customer vehicles as required to a very high standard and carrying out basic vehicle maintenance checks
· Workshop and bodyshop consumables weekly stock checks
· Site and equipment maintenance/improvements, cleaning of workshops/offices as required
· Organisation of vehicle parts in storage areas and assisting the office/workshops with miscellaneous tasks as required
· Van driving and collection/delivery of vehicle parts/general driving duties - local and nationwide
All candidates are expected to;
· Take pride in the quality of their work and and have a strong interest in classic cars
· Have their own transport (a Full UK Manual driving licence is a distinct advantage)
· Be able to work independently to meet strict deadlines, and work well as part of a team
· Possess a strong work ethic, a high level of attention to detail, and be punctual/organised
Rate: £7.75-£10.00 per hour, dependent on age and experience.

Mechanic/Vehicle Restoration Technician
Your responsibilities will include;
· Underbody restorations, brake/fuel pipe replacement, general mechanical repairs and servicing, tyre fitting and wheel alignment
· Vehicle strip-down and assembly, refurbishment and overhaul of all vehicle mechanical parts for restoration
· Mechanical/electrical fault diagnosis and repair, aftermarket ECU installation and custom wiring looms
· Major engine and transmission overhauls/repairs, engine rebuilds and modifications
· Working independently to meet strict project deadlines without constant supervision, managing your own project efficiently including producing parts lists and completion of detailed job records
Desirable skills for this role include;
· Premium brand experience within a main dealer or independent establishment
· Fault finding, a high level of computer and 'old fashioned' diagnostic skills, ability to proficiently use oscilloscopes and dealer level diagnostic systems
· Experience in complete vehicle builds within the classic car restoration or motorsport industry
· Experience in engine and transmission rebuilding/repair
· A high level of IT and organisational skills
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Panel Beater/Coachbuilder
Your responsibilities will include;
· Completing restoration standard corrosion/welding repairs to a wide variety of vehicles
· Panel fabrication for restoration projects where new panels are not available
· Carrying out conversions and modifications to a wide range of classic vehicles to the highest of standards including ‘restomod’ projects
· Rectification of vehicle body damage and general body repair works
· Ensuring all repairs are protected to the highest anti-corrosion standards following our strict process
Key Skills for this role include;
· Experience in replacement of pre-fabricated repair panels and panel alignment
· Experience in sheet metalwork and panel fabrication/shaping to a restoration standard
· MIG Welding to a restoration standard
· TIG Welding of panels to a restoration standard
Desirable skills for this role include;
· Premium brand experience within a main dealer or independent establishment
· Strip/fit and panel alignment/accident repair experience would be a distinct advantage
· Panel shaping and filler work repair to a restoration standard, experience in edge to edge filler work on vehicle bodywork, blocking/sanding and prep ready to hand over to the paint shop
· Experience with an English wheel, Pullmax and other restoration panel shaping equipment would be beneficial (training can be provided)
· TIG Welding experience in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium would be a distinct advantage
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

MIG & TIG Welder/Fabricator
Your responsibilities will include;
· Panel fabrication for restoration projects where new panels are not available
· Carrying out conversions and modifications to a wide range of classic vehicles to the highest of standards including ‘restomod’ projects
· Fitting roll cages to MSA and FIA standards
· Exhaust system, suspension component and chassis fabrication
· Rectification of vehicle body damage and general body repair works
· Completing restoration standard corrosion/welding repairs to a wide variety of vehicles
· Ensuring all repairs are protected to the highest anti-corrosion standards following our strict process
Key Skills for this role include;
· Experience in replacement of pre-fabricated repair panels and panel alignment

Painter/Prepper/Sprayer
Your responsibilities will include;
· Painting a wide range of vehicles from minor repairs to full re-sprays using our in-house 2k and water based mixing schemes
· Masking, priming & filler work as required
· Flatting, polishing and quality control inspection of your own paintwork using a detailing style light to ensure a perfect finish
· Painting vehicle mechanical, underbody and miscellaneous components for our vehicle restoration department
· Applying standard black and body-coloured premium underbody coatings (such as U-POL Raptor/spray sealer) and carrying out post-repair anti-corrosion protection
Desirable skills for this role include;
· Strip/fit experience would be a distinct advantage
· Experience in carrying out filler work (localised and edge-to-edge), epoxy priming, blocking spray filler/ high build primer to a restoration standard
· Experience in mixing 2k/water based paint systems and tinting colours for a perfect colour match would be a distinct advantage
· Experience in applying vehicle underbody protective coatings such as UPOL Raptor and rubberised spray sealer would be an advantage, however full training can be provided
· A keen interest in vehicle polishing, detailing and ceramic coating application experience would be an advantage but is not essential
Salary £35,000 - £47,500 per annum, dependent on experience.

Prepper/Polisher
Your responsibilities will include;
· Carrying out filler work as required (from small repairs to edge-to-edge filler work on an entire vehicle body)
· Repairing and preparing a wide range of vehicles for paint from a metal finish through epoxy primer, filler, spray filler, high build primer including sanding/blocking as required to an extremely high standard
· Wet flatting, polishing and quality control inspection of paintwork using a detailing style light to ensure a perfect finish
· Masking, strip/fitting and assisting the bodyshop as required by the needs of the business
Desirable skills for this role include;
· Premium brand experience within a main dealer or independent establishment
· Strip/fit experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential
· Experience in priming/painting/spray filling would be a distinct advantage but not essential
· A keen interest in vehicle polishing, detailing and ceramic coating application experience would be an advantage but is not essential
Salary £30,000 - £42,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
