Our skilled fabrication team are capable of fabricating from scratch a wide range of vehicle parts from replacement brackets to heat shields, stainless steel exhaust systems, exhaust manifolds, fuel/oil tanks, header tanks, swirl pots and much more.

Due to the wide range of vehicles we work on covering over 100 years of motoring, many parts may be obsolete and not available for purchase. The only remaining option is to re-fabricate the part as needed to get the vehicle back on the road and we can handle this all in-house.

We can either work from a technical drawing, reverse-engineer items from a sample of a broken part, or 'get creative' when there is no reference whatsoever.

We have a wide range of fabrication equipment including MIG, TIG and brazing welders, allowing us to repair/fabricate components in aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, titanium and other exotic materials.

We also have various engineering equipment such as a milling machine, lathe and a large selection of panel shaping equipment to ensure we can fabricate a wide range of one-off parts and repair even the most obscure of vehicles.
